No other ingredient stirs the passion of a Master Brewer like the hop. Inspired by this
legendary flower we challenged ourselves to create a world class IPA. Head Hunter is an
aggressively dry-hopped, West Coast-Style IPA with a huge hop display of pine, grapefruit,
citrus and pineapple. A punch-you-in-the-mouth brew for those who truly love their hops!
Uncivilized? Yes. Aggressive? Absolutely. Award Winning? Hell yes!
Food Pairings: Spicy Foods, Curry, Fried Shrimp, Creme Brulee.
GREAT AMERICAN BEER FESTIVAL® AMERICAN STYLE INDIA PALE ALE SEE FULL AWARD LIST

As refreshing as wading in a cold stream in the morning sunshine or a walk among the
tall trees, this beer has big hop aromas and flavors of citrus, peach, orange and tropical
fruit with a nice light malt backbone. Like a sweet coming, never fade away dream...
because it's deliciously real. This is a very drinkable session IPA. (Our fans call it an
obsession IPA.) Peace, Love & Hoppiness!
Food Pairings: Spicy Foods. Chicken Wings, Crab Cakes.

The magical hops cast their spell, the natives chant and the drums beat... First let us
confirm that there is no witchcraft used in creating this fine brew. None. Really. Well
maybe a little. A supernatural beer with a powerhouse of hops creating aromas and
flavors of citrus, pine and tropical fruit with a juicy resiny hop finish. Hakuna Matata.
Food Pairings: Smoked Brisket, Grilled Lamb, Spicy foods.

Our Head Brewer traveled to Europe on a drinking binge. Not Really. Okay, yeah really.
But in a good way. He scoured the Bavarian countryside in search of the perfect pilsner.
Researching old world styles of brewing and learning from the masters he created this
crisp and refreshing beer with spicy noble hops, sweet crackery malt and a clean finish.
Delicate, floral and deliciously drinkable. Prost!
Food Pairings: Chicken, Salmon, Tuna, Bratwurst.

Zicke, zacke, zicke, zacke, hoi, hoi, hoi. Imported German malts give this Fest Bier a
chestnut red color. Nice aromas of toasted grains with a crisp, crackery malt flavor
which is balanced by imported German noble hops. Smooth and highly drinkable.
Der Gemütlichkeit.
Food Pairings: Spicy food, Mexican.

The German Brewers' Star represents Fire, Air, Water and Earth together to form perfect
balance. It's clear that the brewer's star was intended to symbolize purity; a brewer who
affixed the insignia to his product was thereby declaring his brew to be completely pure of
additives, adjuncts, etc. In fact, folklore has it that the six points of the star represented the
six aspects of brewing most critical to purity: the water, hops, grain, malt, yeast, and the
brewer himself. Our Head Brewmaster created this beer in honor of the history of the
Brewers' Star. Crackery aromas of fresh milled grain and grassy, floral hops, with
crackery malt flavors, fresh cut hay and bitter noble hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing.
Food Pairings: Salads, Pork, Light Seafood.

Inspired by the smoked beers (Rauchbier) of Bamberg, Germany, amped into this century
with the super-human abilities of our Head Master Brewer. A smoky aroma with underlying
sweet caramel malt. Flavor is smoke at first but gives way to a delicious malty goodness.
Smooth with a light hop bitterness. Bavarian monks would have chanted relentlessly as
they became one with this brew... "I’ll be bock!"
Food Pairings: Braised Short Ribs, Jerk, Spicy Barbecue.

Prepare your palate to surrender to this two-fisted brew. Aromas of chocolate
and dark fruit will initially assault your senses. Smooth and creamy with rich,
complex flavors of dark dried fruits, licorice and molasses. Our Head of Operations says this beer was the
only thing that could refresh him after his epic days on the battlefield in the war for
independence from Longshanks.
Food Pairings: Steak, Lamb, Apple Pie, Brownies.
BALTIC-STYLE PORTER BRONZE MEDAL - 2012 CLEVELAND INTERNATIONAL BEER FEST PORTERS & STOUTS SEE FULL AWARD LIST

"Space, the final frontier..." at least the "space" in the brew tank that we filled with this
silky Imperial Stout. We brewed this with cold extracted dark roast coffee, to boldly go
where no man has gone before (not really, but it sounds cool). Fresh brewed coffee, rich
roasted malt and semi-sweet chocolate dominate this brew. Creamy in almost a
cappuccino-like way with a hint of bitterness. Mmmm, bean me up one of these, Scotty.
Food Pairings: Steak, Bitter Dark Chocolate, Pancakes.

The recipe for this hearty brew was developed while riding in a cloudy van with 2 old
friends.
A robust porter brewed with malted barley that was smoked over Adler wood
by our brewers on-site. Rich smoky aromas greet your nose while flavors of dark chocolate,
smoke, some roasted malt and a bit of coffee hit the taste buds. Finishes nice and dry.
Doobieously refreshing.
Food Pairings: Barbecue Pulled Pork, BLT, Oysters.

Our clandestine friend Pauly tells the story this way... Porters were brewed in the US for
more than two centuries but after prohibition it pretty much slept with the fishes. Now,
thanks to some pioneering craft brewers, the American Porter is back and thriving. A
rich and flavorful, dark, robust brew with aromas and flavors of chocolate, caramel,
hints of coffee and roast, with a clean bitter hop finish. We invite you to taste our tribute
to the American Porter. It's almost illegally good. Just ask for Pauly.
Food Pairings: Barbecue Ribs, Oysters, Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream.

Back when men were hairy and all things were made of rock, there was no beer. (Which
pretty much explains why all things were made of rock.) So they could only dream of a
brew like this. Big aromas of roasted malt with hints of licorice and coffee. The rich,
creamy body, perpetuates the malt and coffee and resonates with chocolate and hints
of dark fruit and licorice. After dreaming of this Stone Age potion, cavemen created
beer. Shortly followed by the invention of the wheel. For delivery carts of course.
Food Pairings: Steak, Duck, Tiramisu.
Pale Chocolate, Chocolate, Black

Lately it occurs to me what a long, strange trip it's been. This brew has a deep golden
color with spicy phenolics, fruity notes, yeast and clove in the nose. Rich mouthfeel with
complex fruity, yeasty flavors and hints of clove with just the right amount of hop
bitterness and a slightly sweet finish. Drink up do-dah man.
Food Pairings: Cajun food, Crab Cakes, Bouillabaisse.

Let's dispel the myths first... Recipe from medieval times? No. Stolen DNA from a castle?
No. Brewed by a wizard? Maybe. The Sorcerer casts a spell upon your senses with
complex malt, dried fruit, raisins, figs, plums, spice cake and a wonderful Belgian candi
sugar sweetness.
Food Pairings: Steak, Goose, Apple Pie.

Over the river and through the wood to this rich, complex Belgian-Style holiday brew.
Intricate aromas and flavors of sweet dark malt, dark fruit, raisins, figs, anise and spicy
phenols. This beer will sting the toes and bite the nose, but no worries, the horse knows
the way.
Food Pairings: Goose, Venison,Vanilla Ice Cream.

Otherworldly hats are donned at the brewery when Zeus Juice hits the schedule. This
complex and delicate brew is taken seriously here. The melange of fruity, spicy flavors
and soft malt character of a traditional Belgian Strong Golden Ale are a high wire
balancing act that we nurture very carefully. Mischievous ingredients make it temptingly
delicious and belie the undertones of it's deceptively strong alcohol content. Deep golden
color with aromas of banana, clove, spicy phenolics and bread. Sweet bready malt,
banana, pear, soft fruits, clove and bubblegum will tantalize your palate.
Tilt your head back, glimpse skyward and enjoy. Ahhh, Nectar of the Gods!
Food Pairings: Smoked Salmon, Beef Stew, Arugula Salad.

When this brew first came out of the tanks our brewer took a sip. Then downed some
more. He put on his glasses, tilted his head and said "Damn, that's a Goggle Fogger!".
The "Hefe" prefix means "with yeast" which gives this unfiltered wheat beer a somewhat
cloudy or "foggy" appearance. Light aromas of wheat, bubblegum, clove and spice.
Very refreshing with light hop bitterness and flavors of wheat, spice, bubblegum and
hints of clove.
Food Pairings: Weisswurst, Salads, Light Seafood.

Brewed with fresh harvested spring honey stolen from some very angry bees (we have
the welts to prove it) and infused with fresh blueberries. Creating a light, refreshing ale
with a nice blueberry aroma, crackery malt flavors, a hint of sweetness and a refreshing
blueberry finish.
Get yo buzz on!
Food Pairings: Salads, Chicken, Oatmeal Cookies.

Rich amber color with aroma of sweet pumpkin pie and savory spices with hints of sweet
malt. Rich and creamy with a chewy mouthfeel that you can sink your teeth into. Flavors
of pumpkin up front then sweet malt, pie crust, spice, hints of brown sugar and a clean
finish. We stopped just short of the whipped cream. But we like the way you think.
Food Pairings: Turkey and Stuffing, Pumpkin Pie.

Once upon a frozen evening way up north, a sweet local honey named Holly inspired
our Jolly Fat Man (as only Holly can) to create this festive spiced holiday ale. We think
you will enjoy his holiday creation with it's aromas and flavors of Christmas day. Sweet
malt, ginger, honey and cinnamon spice. Sip this by the fire with your significant other.
Who knows, maybe it will lead to a little inspiration of your own. From our Jolly Fat Man
to yours, Happy Holidays.
Food Pairings: Pretzels with Mustard, Apple Pie, Holiday Fruit Cake.
